Michael Lerner -
Managing Member
Michael Lerner is a co-founder of Managed Broadband Solutions, LLC. Michael brings over fifteen cumulative years of leadership experience in the Financial, Real Estate, and Telecom industries. As the son of immigrant parents that escaped the Soviet Union in 1978, hard work, honesty, and determination were the corner blocks of his upbringing.

Michael began his professional career as a Stockbroker Trainee on Wall Street, at the age of 18, while working towards his degree in Marketing. The lessons he learned as he was growing up, paved the way to becoming a licensed Stockbroker. Then eventually a Proprietary Trader with one of the top financial clearing houses in the industry.

His professional ascends did not come without adversity. The financial crisis of the early 2000’s, forced him to reevaluate the direction his career was heading. With his passion for sales and financial experience, the Real Estate industry seemed like a natural transition. Within two years he was able to progress from Agent to Broker co-founding his first company FHE Realty, which was ultimately sold to one of the worlds largest real estate companies.
Over the past decade, Michael has been working in the telecom industry. Starting in Time Warner Cable, now known as Spectum. Then moving to a leadership role with a smaller boutique provider in the Northeast. And finally, as the regional manager of Comcast’s Xifinity Communities, overseeing and managing negotiations of all access and bulk agreements in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties, As well as parts of South West Florida.
As co-founder of Managed Broadband Solutions, Michael leverages his vast experience, industry knowledge and connections to help negotiate the most advantageous terms for boards and the communities they serve, while always being guided by the principles instilled by his parents of hard work, honesty, and determination.
